Non existent customer service

I've been battling for more than 3 months to resolve a misrepresented sales deal I entered into. You get sent from pillar to post within Telkom. I logged disputes online and nobody responds. Agents are working from home and indicate they cannot transfer you to a supervisor. Direct shops tell you to phone the call center. The call center tells you to send a mail, etc etc. A never ending whirlpool of pathetic customer service. Maybe, just maybe Telkom will respond if they care to read this review.
