Non existent communiction

<p>I logged a DSL line fault on the 9th Jan ref no 251ARK090117. Needless to say to date it's not resolved even though I've been calling everyday.</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested that they make an appointment with me if they need access to the premises, but the technician never calls to make the appointment, but according to the call center he can never get hold of me. My cell is in my pocket all the time. No missed calls no messages ***?</p>
