Non EXISTENCE of Service from Telkom IT Department
I have had excellent service from the sales team. instillation team, Taba and Sillo, the sales team like Cameron, Numpelela, Tabang, Londiwe and I can name many more, since I have been in contact with them for two weeks now, to obtain a TIN number for signing in to the fiber line. I have been 2 weeks without a telephone line or internet, but NO SERVICE does not reflect on the account. Every time the sale people contact IT and the regular answers from IT is the following: Order not processed yet Will call you back today Off line Backlog If Telkom is a service provider, the SERVICE of the IT Department is NON EXISTING!!!!!

16 Jun 2018, 12:19I am now on the brink of cancelling this order, due too the absolutely appalling non existing service of TELKOM, which I can assure you I will never recommend or use ever again!
The Technical Team has been here 5 times, always friendly and helpful, the Sales Team which I have contacted more tan 20 times, always courteous and friendly, despite taking the flack of dissatisfied customers!
I have wasted hours on waiting, supplying the same security questions, buying data and if that is what TELKOM, a service supplying company calls service, I am appalled, because it is non existing!
I know demand that after more than 4 weeks the service is switched on , or I am cancelling this order.
Now wonder Telkom has such a bad name!
