Non existence customer care lines

Telkom has ZERO customer service. When you try contacting them on social media you are directed to chat with a robot which is USELESS. I’ve been calling their numbers the whole morning wanting assistance with my account query and all the people that I spoke to did not help me, they instead told me that I have reached the wrong department. You all work for the same company why is it difficult to just assist me when I need help? Terrible terrible company I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Very hard to contact them it’s like they don’t exist. Appoint REAL people to run your social media accounts so we can get REAL help instead of chatting to robots. *******!!!
