Non Existant telkom service

Several months now, almost every weekend, either onSaturday night or Sunday morning my ability to recieve e-mails on my telkomsa.net account dies, i am able to send mails but not recieve, I have reported this umpteen times, and the service is "restored" but only till the next weekend when E-mail reciepts cease once again, for someone working from home, this is totlly unacceptable and is costing me customers.
