Non existant service at Telkom SA

I took out a LTE 100gb day and 100gb nite surfer package, I have never had any wi-fi coverage in my home. I was told that the coverage was good in my area according to my address. I have written to telkom numerous times that I want to cancel and they sent me a link on Facebook Messanger where I can cancel which does not exist. I am paying R1103.92 every single month for a service I am not able to use. I want to cancel and nobody is phoning me back or giving me any assistance, I've had a back injury and was not able to walk for 5 months almost and just came out of hospital after spinal surgery luckily or I would have burned down Kolinade Retail park's office where I app**** for this good for nothing deal. I want to cancel my 24 month contract or you will be very sorry. Telkom's service is as good as any state department's service, non existant.
