Non existant service
ADSL line and landline stopped working on 28 April 2015. Calls to 10210 answered 4 times out of 16 times. Call center cannot answer any questions as to when fault will be repaired. Can only \escalate"problem. No numbers are available to talk to any one knowledgeable. Call Center operators not allowed to give any information. Not POOR service"
