NON EXISTANT SERVICE
Ordered a new service on February 21st - 10 weeks later still NOTHING - despite endless telephone calls which keep one hanging on for 20+ minutes - visit to their stores where you stand in a queue fo up to half an hour - a myriad of excuses (mostly blatant lies) - promised installation dates when no one turns up & they then say they never made - promised SMS's & call backs that they never send or made - this is the problem when one company has the monopoly - they can resort to TERRIBLE SERVICE.
