Non existant service

Is seems to me that I would need to use Hello Peter in order to communicate with the non existant people who work at Telkom as I NEVER receive any response to any email I send to you people. I sent an email on the 2nd March and received no response. I sent another email on the 9th March and receive no response which is really no surprise as you dont provide any type of service. I WANT TO KNOW WHY I RECEIVED A STATEMENT ADVISING ME I WILL BE CHARGED R3.51. You advised me that my contract will be cancelled as of the 1st March 2015 so why am i still being charged Recurring Monthly Fees when you are not providing me with any of your stupid services. I expect an email response to my query by end of business today!
