NON-EXISTANT HELP!!

Since the 9th of December 2023 I have been trying to get hold of Telkom / Open Serve to change my banking details. I have logged callbacks on their website, I get an SMS that someone will call me back shortly and nothing happens (I have NO blocked numbers on my phone so no reason for them not to call back). I have used other methods, then get an SMS giving me a case number, saying they'll get back to me soon. NOTHING. Now I get an SMS to tell me my internet service will be suspended due to non payment. There's no way for me to get to one of their branches. I don't have transport. I always thought that's why companies had websites... to be helpful and easy accessible for customers. Now I have to go in search of someone to take me to the closest branch so I can have my internet restored. Pathetic customer service from them!
