Non-ending Contract due to Skeleton workers!

I logged a service cancelation in Jan under ***7 and after being called by an agent, I was told I needed to cancel the contract the next month or I will have to pay early cancelation fees. I did just that all to have my second cancelation under ref ***8 closed with no one calling me. This morning I wake up and my service is still active, the call centre is non existent, only voice operated that sends u an whatsapp link to is not helpful. All I am requesting is that my service be canceled immediately because my contract was supposed to end March and if I am debited again this month, I will definitely take thid matter further!
