Non ending contract

I had a contract with Telkom which expired in March to date they still sending me statements even after I made an effort of canceling the contract. They are so useless. Nothing is ever done to your request. They will give you reference number for cancelation but come month end you will still get an invoice. They are ******* actually, very quick to send debit orders to one's account.
