Non efficient TELKOM CONSULTANTS drives me CRAZY!

I had to sort out a terminated account.... at t moment i am sitting here for 40 minutes.... 5 consultants talking, relaxing etc and t queue is NOT MOVING AT ALL! Telkom YOU MAY HVE TIME TO SIT AROUND... NOT US!!
