Non disclosure of expenses
I up graded my contract with Telkom i told that my payments won't be affected or increase i will be paying R99 they confirmed i will not be paying extra. To my suprised my statement showed a different amount called them i was told Telkom has charged me a pro-rata. Upon taking my contract no one told me about this. Till today no one has called me to address my complaint. My account was not dedicated which means that i have been lisred on the bureau.

06 May 2018, 07:25I am not surprised with Telkoms survice my complaint will be answered after 2 or 3 months and that's if it gets attended to at all. One can not even call Telkoms complaint department because they too busy not attending to our complaints. Your service sucks big time remind m never to do business with you again
