Non disclosure of costs

Good day

Just would like to submit an complaint on behalf of my father. We received a call two months ago from telkom stating they are going to provide us with a new phone. However no costs were disclosed. They installed the phone and still costs were disclosed. As per the bill a once of payment of R819 is due. We are not prepared to pay this as it was not disclosed. We would like our old line back please. Please have this sorted out ASAP.
