Non delivery of wireless landline phone

Last year September Telkom promised to deliver a new wireless handset and they have not yet done so to date. I call their call centre almost on a weekly basis and even went to their stores with no luck. The handset in my home has not been working properly for a year now and they have not been helpful at all. They are now sending messages that they will be suspending their service by end of July 2019 when its their fault that they haven't delivered the device!!
