Non delivery of service- Cresta Telkom

<p>I paid for my phone to be transferred on the 13th of January and after 8 visits to telkom store in Cresta numerous phone calls, the phone has still not been transferred. Clearly this store is useless, if a simple transfer cannot be done, 3 months later. Do they actually know what they are doing? </p>
