Non-delivery of promotional items - Samsung A36

I took out a contract for a Samsung A36 at Telkom Maponya Mall in early 2026. The contract included a promotional deal of a smar****ch and earphones, which was to be delivered to my home within a month of signing.

To date, I have not received the promotional items. Upon following up telephonically and going to the store, there is an agenda that it is my responsibility to follow up with the Samsung representative that works at a totally different store, which I find highly unprofessional.

I am requesting urgent assistance in resolving this matter and arranging the delivery of the outstanding promotional items that form part of my contract.
