Non delivery of promotional items
Vuma installed fibre in our area and we app**** for a fiber line from Telkom. When I app**** I was told there was a promotion on and if you took a package above 20mbs you would receive a free Android internet TV box with it. We took a package that is 50mbs. I have received the modem but when I query the Android box I get a different story everytime as to why I have not received it. I also had to wait for a month and a half for the modem as after a month it was discovered that the order had not been processed. I am not impressed with the service. We went with Telkom for the fibre as we have been with them for years with our ADSL and have had no problems.

And to add to my complaint, I received my statement and I have been charged for the modem which is free when you sign a 12/24 month contract (which I did). Can you please explain why I have been charged. I have tried calling Telkom but your systems are constantly down.
