Non delivery as promised
i took a Telkom data package, uncapped coupled with mobile 200meg for 12 months. I received installation and router. Via post I received the mobile ****le with no sim. Phoned call centre, went to local shop, used escalation tool online but nobody seem to give a damn. It is the fourth month now. I pay Telkom is happy but to relive this simple matter is like extracting wisdom teeth.
