NON CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES

What a frustrating business to deal with. I have been calling them over the last 3 to 4 months now to get our area lte service sorted out. I have stop counting the amount of calls that was made to them. Every time you call you have to go thru a check list. The call center person only have limited script to work with. Then every time you call there is a 72 hours waiting period for someone to attend to the call. Is there a person with authority that I can call?????? There is a saying * You can not complain about the service, because there is no service "
