Non-compliance to cancelation request

On August the 11th 2015, I wrote an email to Telkom with all the documents they requested to give one months notice of cancellation of service. Telkom responded to the email regarding the cancellation that they would be in touch with me, they never did, the email also describes the method of cancellation to be followed, which I have done. I phoned them on numerous occasions regarding the cancellation which they have not processed, every single time nothing is done about the issue. I also contacted them on Facebook, they said they would follow up on the matter and also never got back to me.<br> <br> I have all the documents, emails and Facebook messages supporting the afore mentioned.<br> <br> Telkom has continued to bill me and is now threatening legal action against me.
