Non-communication

It seems like the only communication I do receive is when I lay a complaint with HelloPeter. After weeks trying to get someone from Telkom to contact me, one person does, but then she disappears. I spoke to Khutso after the last complaint lodged on HelloPeter, since then, four emails later, she still does not get back to me! What will it take for Telkom to cancel this and remove my nam from the credit buro! <br> It is obvious that the service one gets from Telkom and the Telkom social media team are worlds apart.
