Non arrival March account

The March landline telephone account for *** (Mrs A. Kessel) has not arrived. An e-mail I sent asking for the account to be forwarded to me has not been rep**** to. Not sure what is going on here ? I am also unable to enter the Telkom e-mail address into my 'always allow' file - the virus protection kicks it out each time.<br> <br> Forwarded as an attachment (which was done for the December, January & February accounts, (which also did not originally arrive) worked, however.
