Non Adherence to turn around time of paying refund due

I am totally disappointed with the service I have been receiving from Telkom. I had contracts with them of which I canceled in line with their cancelation process. I have a refund due to me which has not been given back in line with the turn around time that the consultant indicated to me. I have called in on different occasions over 4 times and each consultant is telling me different turn around times and different stories. I have always paid my contracts in time and have never defaulted. How ever Telkom is not adhering to their own turn around times. Please bring back my money please.
