Nomfundo - Telkom Park Station

Just popped into the Park Station Telkom branch and was met by a half asleep arrogant staff member by the name of Nomfundo. She displays a lack of enthusiasm and lacks customer interaction. Please could the owner or management send her on annual leave as she claims “she really tired and needs to sleep” when I asked her to assist as she is the first point of contact seated next to the door.She demonstrates a negative attitude that affects the morale of the team as others had to assist her with other customers. I’m definitely not recommending this branch to others and would rather conduct my business with Telkom online. Thanks for Fezile for the fantastic service, he goes beyond his means to assist clients.
