Nomawonga Jakuja and Elize Els, Telkom gate keepers with no time for customer service!!

Long story short, after dealing with Feathercom (Nivan) service failures and throwing Telkom under the bus for it, I dealt with Nomawonga Jakuja and her assistant Elize Els who continuously shows a lack of customer service but protected by her boss Nomawonga Jakuja

My data was switched off twice resulting in me not being able to do business because of lack of proper communication by Elize Else and lack of response during business hours by Nomawonga Jakuja

Even though I requested her to provide her manager’s contact details in order to escalate, she simply ignored my request!

Our SOE’s are run as if it’s home businesses, people like Nomawonga and Elize don’t give a damn!!!
