noisy line, no adsl connection

Well, Telkom again and again and again. This lodging a complaint at the slow pace of repairing a noisy line, is also not getting me anywhere. It seems Telkom just do not care. Everytime it rains, the line becomes noisy, telephone calls become impossible as you cannot hear anything apart from the static noise, and then my ADSL also does not work. I lodged a fault, but still no response.<br> <br> So, how about you fix this problem Telkom, so I do not have to complain again. Well, one can hope....
