Noisy call centre with unprofessional behaviour

Horrible experience with your call centre. Could barely hear what the agent was saying due to the obscenely loud noise levels in the background. The agent explained that another department was having a team building. That is fine, but if you are doing it in the office be respectful of your colleagues in other departments. I logged a complaint and will wait for the manager to call me back. How can you run a business like this? Unprofessional and disgusting experience from your company. Also, your managers aren't above taking calls. If I ask to a manger I expect to speak to one. Don't tried to divert the calls away from managers. They wereel agents too, so they aren't special and somehow above everyone else all of sudden.
