Nobody wants to help

<p>My BUSINESS LINE is down for almost 3 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot make or receive calls. This is affecting my business so badly. I have called Telkom so many times. Each time the consultant says that they have escalated this matter, but tit never gets fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am at my wits end, and not sure what to do about this anymore!!!</p>
