nobody phone or picks up the phone at telkom

I want to phone and find out what package they going to install on tuesday at my home nobody pick up the phone at telkom this week, im new klient and dont receive any service from telkom they keep on the phone for 15 & 18 & 20 min with no agent to pick up the phone and try to help me, im desperate for someone to phone me in regard too make sure they installing the uncaped special R599
