Nobody Knows what they doing

I've only been with Telkom for two days and already all i want to do is get rid of them.. there service is terrible and nobody seems to know what they are doing! I've got an ADSL line with them which I want to move to another SP but every time i phone the call centre, i get a different answer on what i need to do. then in the end i just get directed back to the call centre.. plus they make you wait for an 30 min before somebody answers the phone.<br> My advise to everyone is use anybody else rather than Telkom,
