Nobody knows??????????????????????????

I had a great call on the 11 Oct and the rentention department, it was a pleasent call and he was helpful. I cant remember the name and lost the reference number. He assist me and will assist with upgrade & for staying with Telkom he will give me 2 gigs for the next 6 months for choosing to still stay with telkom. Guess what, no one can find the notes. Can I have the person that called me to call me back and sort this out today still? I am very uneasy
