Nobody in telkom can resolve my billing problems -this is the truth

Nobody can help with billing issues at telkom. I have logged many a dispute through chat site and 10210 the only means provided by telkon but the disputes get closed misteriously without resolving the problem, with NO option to hear from the customer (THIS PROCESS S*CKS!!!)

One thing they are good at is P***ING off customers!!!!.
