NOBODY GETS BACK TO ME

I app**** for the 50gig unlimited contract 4-5 months back. After some time I was phoned by a lady explaining the contract etc. whereby she said that delivery would take place in +- 2 weeks. I waited 3-4 weeks but nothing was delivered. I went online and the first lady said that she will \escalate"my query. Nothing happened and after a week I went online again after which the lady told me that she will have the sales team contact me. Nothing happened! Well obviously I am still waiting and as a current customer that have 2 cellphone and 3 data packages with them feel very left out!!! Could someone with authority please sort this out for me!!!"""
