Nobody does anything at Telkom!

Telkom has been *****ing me over for quite a while now.<br> <br> Problem 1)<br> I have a 4mbps uncapped adsl package which is currently advertised at R488 (ADSL line and landline included).<br> My charges for the past 3 months were as follows:<br> Oct : R 2,628.00<br> Nov : R 1,078.92<br> Dec : R 2,173.88<br> <br> Each month I paid the amount in full, so I have no idea why I am being charged this much.<br> I have called the call centre several times and sent several emails regarding this issue and nothing has been resolved. The disputes that were issued were also rejected.<br> I will not pay another cent to Telkom until my account has been rectified.<br> I am at the point of taking legal action against Telkom as they are ruining me financially!<br> <br> Problem 2)<br> I requested that my ADSL line be transferred to the holding pool in December and this request has still not bee completed.<br> I called the call centre which told me to phone Nenekazi on ***.<br> I called *** and then I was transferred to the call centre again.<br> I was then connected to a consultant which sounded if she was about to sleep on the other end and she told me that she could not help and put the phone down on me.<br> <br> This is my last resort, please sort this out!!!
