Nobody can tell me how to activate roaming!!!

I'm leaving on a business trip to Germany on Friday. I contacted Telkom mobile last week already to make sure that my international roaming is activated. They told me that I can't do it over the phone and that I need to go into a Telkom store to activate it. <br> <br> On Saturday I went to Telkom in Tygervalley shopping center. The gentleman who \helped' me told me that they can't do it
