Nobody at Telkom is professional

I have a WiFi upgrade every 2 years and they phone me a tell me what they have to offer...so all sounds good ...So i go ahead and get this upgrade......So it does not work according to what they said to me....So i go in to Telkom(Shop) themselves and ask what is going on here....So i explain the problem...then he says that this package does not have calls on it....little does he know i know more than he does...So why can i phone some numbers and not others...So he says can you phone ..I say yes some numbers..so he OH you can only phone telkom numbers...First he says you cant phone now he is saying you can only phone telkom numbers...........So what do i do with these people????? First the sales people phone me and say you can phone any body not just Telkom....for 300 minutes...What a Joke!!!! One star for terrible
