No1 has answers

What a tiring experiencing experience from the store to the contact center. I spoke to 5 yes 5 consultants and still got no where. No1 has answers, everyone is confused with my questions and no one is multi-skilled. They regurgitate information back to me that I have given them. Was just looking for a retentions department, just wanted to know if they have one and one after the other they sent me from pillar to post 🙆🏻♀️🥱
