No working phone for 11 days

Reported my landline out of order on Saturday 09th January 2016 - Ref 425CRZ090116. <br> Phone stopped working after a storm. I have checked the instruments. I have been calling every second day to ask for progress on this repair. The technician hasnt been out nor have they checked the pole where the line comes come. On Monday the fault got escalated - Ref no 810166 - and still no working phone.<br> <br> Its totally ridiculous that there are not enough technicians in the area to fix the problem.
