No working from home with Telkom what to do now

Telkom is the WORST service provider....we have been without internet for a week now. With COVID-19 and working from home jow are we expected to work. I have been without internet since 14 Dec and logged a call which only shows on the system 16th and trust me no one was answering I tried that day. I am calling know every day and still have no technician assigned. Still no internet and each agent says the same thing I will out a note in the system. REALLY !!HELP
