No work network and canceled service without my knowledge

For 3 weeks now I can't get any service from Telkom one urgent tells me my service are terminated another one tells me everything is fine. Contacted them by email and everyday when are send the email I'm told all has been sorted today I'm told nothing has been sorted and given a new case number.
