no words to express service from Telkom

They dont even deserve the one star for the pathetic service we have received from Telkom Pinetown Telkom staff are even useless - no1 can assist you have to go to the pavilion store for help despite the extra long wait at Pavilion you also get told they will load a complaint and no-one responds to e-mails thereafter, even worse they have a landline listed for the store which goes through a call centre with a bunch off useless employees

we have been trying to cancel a landline for 10 months but yet get billed every month for a line not in use.

no help from anyone in store online or the call centre Telkom should close their doors and go home
