NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE TELKOM'S SERVICE

I have been getting a recording on my prepaid landline that I have to apply for the wire wire connection before the end of the month since December 2018 and if I don't then these services will be terminated. I app**** for the free desktop phone on the 18 December 2018 and I was told my phone will be delivered in four weeks time. 4 months later and repeated calls to Telkom on ********** 263 and I still have not received my phone. I wonder when I will get my phone or will my line be disconnected. Even though complaints are repeatedly written about Telkom, guess what, TELKOM does not care to address these issues.
