It's difficult to put into words how I feel towards telkom and their pathetic service. For TWO YEARS we have been having problems with our DSL line. Normally within three months after reporting it gets fixed and then one week later we are back to square one again. I see Telkom has fibre in our area but hardly anyone signs up, we wait for the other providers rather.
