No word on cancellation request send in December 2017

In December 2017, i send a request to Telkom mobile to cancel my contract. Today is 9 February and I still haven't received any word from telkom. The only response i recieved was that the case had been closed. The case number is ********** 8. Other than that email I have received absolutely nothing. Please telkom I want to cancel this contract and perhaps apply for a new one.
