No word from nov 2017

So i make an application for telkom wifi offer for r99 a month in the month of november. I get an sms ansd an email saying a consultant will call you. LOL its almost christmas. No call. No wifi. I just need telkom to let me know that i shouldnt use there service and go elsewhere
