No Wifi since Xmas Eve!!!!

I have been calling and emailing numerous times regarding this fault. I have no wifi since Xmas eve and have called your *********** call centre and reported this so many times, My bill is paid yet no service, I should call Telkom ******* as this is not the first time this has happened to me!!!
