No wifi service , No technician allocation after 7 hrs

<p>Called Telkom to report a fault ********** at this point in time I cannot obtain information on progress. I am advised via call centres a technician has not been allocated.</p> <p>No person at Telkom can advise me of the when a technician will be able to be let alone be allocated or resolve my issue . sitting with a service non functional that is been paid for.</p>
