No wifi network connection after 11 days.

After 11 days Telkom did not restore the contracted wifi network connection. This matter has been escalated to the CEO. Except for reply via email by another Telkom official, nothing has been done to rectify the service. This is a serious bridge of contract and now Telkom expect us to pay them R1200 to cancel the contract.
